1. What the website presents
Data Donkey provides AI workflow consulting, automation systems design, and software integration services for UK businesses. The workflow and project pages illustrate our architectural approaches, capability demonstrations, and technical specifications.
2. Enquiries and project agreements
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not constitute a binding contract or create a delivery obligation. All commercial projects, custom workflow implementations, and retainers are governed by a separate written agreement (such as a Statement of Work) covering specific deliverables, access permissions, timelines, data protection, fees, and acceptance criteria.
3. Technical integrations and third-party dependencies
Our workflows integrate with third-party software providers (such as WhatsApp Cloud API, CRM platforms, email providers, and AI foundation models). System reliability and availability depend upon client-provided API credentials, account standing, and external provider uptime.
