Ask consistently

Choose a clear milestone, such as completion of an agreed service, and apply the same invitation rule to all eligible customers. Ask for an honest account of their experience. Avoid wording that asks for a particular rating or implies that positive feedback is expected.

Keep the public option equal

Google's review policy prohibits discouraging negative reviews or selectively soliciting positive ones. Do not use a satisfaction question to decide who receives the public review link. Do not offer rewards in exchange for reviews.

Offer support separately

Customers can be offered a direct route to resolve a problem as well as a public review option. Support must not be a barrier to leaving a review. A proposed workflow should keep both routes available and avoid repeated or intrusive reminders.

Review the process

Confirm the relevant messaging permissions and current platform rules before sending invitations. Measure delivery and customer feedback without promising a number of reviews or a star rating. This is an illustrative workflow, not a verified case study or a claim of improved local rankings.
